UNSW Delegation 2009
UNSW sent 13 delegates to WorldMUN 2009, which was held in The Hague, Netherlands. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Most of the committees were large, with most members of the UN represented. As a result, the conference had a very realistic feel about what it must be like to work for the UN. Outside of the committee room we had the chance to meet our fellow delegates and make friends from around the globe, experience the Dutch nightlife and go sightseeing and shopping. We also spent a few days in Amsterdam beforehand to make the most of our European jaunt.
